Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges.
A deposit or advance payment may be required to reserve services, equipment, labor, or event dates. Payment terms, balances, due dates, cancellation terms, and any late payment policies will be detailed in the applicable invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
Failure to make required payments on time may result in delays, cancellation of services, or additional fees.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if any, will be determined based on the terms of the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement, as well as work already performed, labor scheduled, equipment reserved, materials purchased, and other costs incurred.
Custom services, special equipment orders, production planning, labor scheduling, and third-party vendor costs may be non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue information, access instructions, scheduling requirements, and any other information necessary for Space Production LA Inc to perform the requested services.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals, permits, permissions, or authorizations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delays, incomplete information, restricted venue access, or last-minute changes may affect service delivery and may result in additional charges.
